Frequently Asked Questions
Daily living and life skills - FAQs
Is life skills support available for all age groups?
Yes. We work with participants of all ages, tailoring our approach to suit your stage of life and your personal goals.
How long does life skills support usually last?
There is no set timeframe. Some participants work on specific skills over a few weeks, while others prefer ongoing support as they take on new challenges.
Can I choose which skills I want to focus on?
Absolutely. Your goals drive the plan. You tell us what matters most and we build the program around that.
Do you provide support at my home or in the community?
Both. Some skills are best practised at home, while others are better learned out in real-world settings. We go wherever the learning takes us.
What if I am not making progress as fast as I hoped?
That is completely normal. Everyone learns at their own pace and we adjust the approach as needed. There is no pressure and no timeline to worry about.
