Supported Independent Living.
Your home should feel like yours. Aimora Care provides Supported Independent Living for people with disability who want to live in their own home with the right level of around-the-clock support.
Independence Starts at Home.
Living independently does not mean doing everything alone. It means having the freedom to make your own choices in a space that feels safe, comfortable and truly yours, with a team around you that steps in when needed and steps back when you have got it covered.
Our SIL support is built around your daily rhythms, your personal goals and the way you like things done. We are not here to run your home. We are here to help you run it your way.

Supported Independent Living - FAQs
Who is eligible for Supported Independent Living?
SIL is available to NDIS participants who have SIL funding approved in their plan. If you are not sure whether you qualify, contact us and we can help you find out.
Can I choose who I live with?
Where possible, yes. We do our best to match housemates based on compatibility, lifestyle preferences and support needs.
What does a typical day look like in SIL?
There is no typical day because every participant is different. Your routine is designed around your preferences, your goals and the level of support you need at different times.
Can I have visitors and come and go as I please?
Absolutely. It is your home. You are free to have guests, go out and live your life the way you choose.
How do you recruit and train SIL support workers?
We hire people who are compassionate, reliable and genuinely passionate about supporting others. Every team member receives thorough training and ongoing development.
